Cucumber and basil lemonade (vegan)
Leftover cucumber and basil? Why not whip up a refreshing and low-calorie cucumber-basil lemonade – another healthy alternative.

Squeeze the lemons. Cut the cucumber into a few pieces and place in a blender bowl with the lemon juice. Add the basil leaves and SteviaSweet Crystal. Purée until smooth. Pour the mixture into a cold container and add mineral water. Serve chilled with ice.
