Cucumber and basil lemonade (vegan)

200 ml | lemon juice |
1 | cucumber |
20 g | basil leaves |
75 g | SteviaSweet Crystal |
700 ml | mineral water |
ice cubes |
Squeeze the lemons. Cut the cucumber into a few pieces and place in a blender bowl with the lemon juice. Add the basil leaves and SteviaSweet Crystal. Purée until smooth. Pour the mixture into a cold container and add mineral water. Serve chilled with ice.
