Granola Muffins

Batter
180 g | wheat flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
40 g | SteviaSweet Crystal |
130 g | sugar-free granola |
65 g | raisins |
2 | eggs |
200 ml | milk |
100 g | butter, melted |
To garnish
65 g granola |
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
ix the flour, SteviaSweet Crystal, granola and raisins. Add the eggs, milk and melted butter. Mix until smooth and divide into muffin liners. Sprinkle granola on top of the muffins. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes depending on size. Serve warm for breakfast with yogurt and berries.
