Matcha ice cream (vegan)

2 | frozen, ripe bananas |
1 | ripe avocado |
100 ml | coconut milk |
1 | lime (juice) |
2 tsp | matcha powder |
1/2 tsp | ground vanilla |
1 tsp | SteviaSweet Crystal |
Slice the avocado and place it in a food processor or mixing bowl. Add the coconut milk, lime juice, matcha powder, vanilla and SteviaSweet Crystal. Puree the mixture until smooth and add the frozen bananas. Continue until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Place in the freezer for several hours, stirring the mixture occasionally.
