Spiced apple cocktail sugarfree

750 ml | apple juice |
35 g | SteviaSweet Crystal |
10 sprigs | thyme |
2 | star anise |
1 | cinnamon stick |
250 ml | vodka |
125 ml | dry vermouth |
50 ml | lemon juice |

- Add the apple juice, SteviaSweet Crystal, thyme, star anise and the cinnamon stick to a pan.
- . Bring to a boil and allow to boil for a further 15 minutes or until the fluid has evaporated to 5 dl.
- Allow to steep, then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Pass the mixture through a sieve.
- Mix the apple juice, vodka, dry vermouth and lemon juice and serve over ice.
- Decorate with a lemon peel.
