Strawberry and feta cheese salad sugarfree
|80 g||baby leaf spinach|
|80 g||feta (light, 15% fat)|
|fresh basil leaves|
For the vanilla dressing
|2 tbsp||rapeseed oil|
|1 tbsp||white wine vinegar|
|1/2 tsp||SteviaSweet Crystal|
|1/4 tsp||ground vanilla|
|freshly ground black pepper|
- To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients incl. SteviaSweet Crystal.
- Arrange the spinach leaves on a serving dish or plate. Hull and halve or quarter the strawberries.
- Arrange the strawberries and blueberries on top of the spinach. Crumble the feta over the salad and garnish with plenty of fresh basil.
- Toss the salad with the dressing and enjoy with some good bread.
The salad is also a great side dish with grilled fish or meat.
