Blueberry pie with oatmeal crust

Preheat the oven to 175 ºC.
Beat the soft butter, egg and SteviaSweet Crystal
together. Mix the flour, baking powder and cardamom together. Add to the batter and mix until smooth. Grease a baking tin (24 - 26 cm) with butter and press the batter to the bottom and sides of the tin.
Mix together the crème fraîche, egg and sweetener. Pour the filling on top of the crust. Put the blueberries or bilberries on top of the filling.
Place the soft butter, sweetener, oatmeal and vanilla together in a bowl. Sprinkle the crumble on top of the pie and bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Leave the pie to cool down before serving.
