Ingredients for 4 servings (à 300 ml)

200 ml lemon juice
1 cucumber
20 g basil leaves
75 g SteviaSweet Crystal
700 ml mineral water
  ice cubes

Preparation


Squeeze the lemons. Cut the cucumber into a few pieces and place in a blender bowl with the lemon juice. Add the basil leaves and SteviaSweet Crystal. Purée until smooth. Pour the mixture into a cold container and add mineral water. Serve chilled with ice.
